Lily will automatically turn off after 10 minutes of continuous usage. That is the appropriate maximum amount of time for 1 session. Alternatively, the device may be out of power, so please try charging it first. If it continues to shut off suddenly despite being fully charged and before the 10 minute auto-shut off mark, please contact us via support@fancii.com or on chat. Please provide your Order ID as well as a picture or video of the issue.
