When using the Amelia, there will be a whirring sound and vibration from the massage nodules as they rotate to massage and promote circulation on your facial area or work on the kinks around your neck or body area. It should feel relaxing and comfortable during use. You may experience a slight tingling, prickly and warm sensation when using the 4-in-1 mode (Massage + Light Therapy + EMS + RF) due to the EMS and RF functions. If you experience discomfort, you can adjust the massage level to L (low). One thing to note is that these facial treatments work below in the deeper layers of your skin, in a subtle way and with results building more and more over time. Consistency is key!
