Monroe can only be hung or sat on the two acrylic stands on a vanity counter in a landscape orientation. The two mounting plates are positioned on one side of the mirror that is only ideal for mounting on the wall in landscape style. The two acrylic stands can only go on the bottom section (without the light) of the Monroe. Thus, Monroe can't be positioned in a portrait style.
