The roller on the Aeva should glide and roll smoothly. Should you find it stuck or jammed, you can try adjusting it. Use a pair of pliers and gently pull out the clasp out a little until the metal no longer binds on the stone. Please be gentle, as using excessive force may damage the clasp. If this still does not work, please contact support@fancii.com and provide your Order ID as well as a picture or video of the defect.
