Please check if you have done the following steps:
- Did you press the power button once to enable wireless charging?
- Does your phone have a case on? Mica can charge your phone with the case on, but just in case your phone case may be a thick one which makes it a little difficult for Mica to sense, did you try charging your phone on Mica without the case on?
- Did you try wired charging? Did it not work as well?
If the Mica still does not charge your phone after following the above, please let us know which model you have so that we can ascertain if your device is compatible for wireless charging.
