You don’t have to remove your phone case. For wireless charging, place your device facing upward and directly on top of Mica. Push the power button once to enable wireless charging (indicated by the blue light appearing next to the USB port). This only works if your device has Qi wireless charging capability.
Alternatively, try wired charging by using the provided USB-C to USB-C cable (with a USB-A adapter) or an alternate cable that connects to your device specifically.
